These Terms and Conditions govern your use of deenola.com Site and your relationship with Deenola. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the www.deenola.com Site.

Product descriptions and availability

Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. 
Most of our garments are 100% cotton, silk and brocade with details that will need for most of them to be dry-cleaned. However, whilst we try and ensure that the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur. At some point, the design print of the garments cannot be available from inventory or they can be on limited edition.


Pricing

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. The information, prices and terms available on this site are subject to change without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exchange policy
We do operate exchange policy of any item within 14 days of receipt to exchange it for a different size according to stock availability. We do NOT operate refund. However, we do offer credit note valid 3 months from the date of purchase. In all cases, the items returned must be unworn, in their original condition, which include any packaging. The customer will have to pay for the addition shipping cost. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items and also make sure to be able to track the items sent. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

We also suggest that you make sure your order the correct size according to your body shape. We have a size conversion available on the website. Feel free to contact us with any sizing enquiries.

Delivery policy

Delivery of goods is usually between 10 to 14 working days in Europe, can go up to 21 days for the rest of the world. The delivery charge may vary according to the destinations:

·       UK recorded Delivery is £6 (extra £4 if multiple order) and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

·       A Europe delivery start at  £8 and America recorded Delivery is £25 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

·       For the rest of the world, the Standard Delivery is £15 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Privacy Policy

 You can browse our site(s) without disclosing any personal data to us. Any links to third party web sites are covered by the third parties privacy policies.


We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfill any order requirements and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. registration. 
We will also use the data for our own market research purposes. 
Information about you will not be shared or transferred to any companies without your consent. 
Our website contains links to third party websites operating their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Deenola is not responsible for the policies of any linked third parties.
